Dongfeng D9 swing arm garbage truck comprehensive parameters and configuration
I. Basic parameters
Volume and loading capacity
The standard box volume is 10 cubic meters, and some models can be expanded to 12-14 cubic meters, and the domestic garbage loading capacity is more than 7 tons.
The curb weight is about 7-8 tons, and the maximum total mass is 18 tons (adjusted according to the chassis configuration).
Dimensions and chassis
The vehicle length is about 7.2 meters, the wheelbase is 3950/4500mm, and it is suitable for urban road traffic needs.
It adopts Dongfeng D9 special chassis, equipped with Cummins ISB series 230 horsepower engine, matched with Fast 8-speed gearbox, powerful power and fuel consumption as low as 25L/100km.
Swing arm mechanism characteristics
Equipped with hydraulic flip swing arm mechanism, it supports fast loading and unloading of 10 cubic special garbage bins, and the single operation time is ≤30 seconds. One vehicle can be equipped with 4-10 garbage bins, which is equivalent to 10 vehicles for recycling, saving vehicle purchase costs and improving operational flexibility.

Equipped with Weisenboler multi-way valve, Jiashan power take-off and Wanye oil pump, it supports multi-stage pressure regulation and compression cycle time ≤20 seconds.
Durability and safety design
Anti-skid tires + reinforced rear axle, minimum turning radius of 8.5 meters, suitable for narrow alley operations in old communities.
Box sealing structure + double sewage tank design to prevent odor diffusion and secondary pollution.
