Product Details Introduction
1. The overall dimensions, axle load and mass of our company's vehicles comply with the provisions of GB1589-2016 "Road Vehicle Overall Dimensions, Axle Load and Mass Limits". The external lighting and signal devices comply with the provisions of GB4785 "Installation Regulations for External Lighting and Light Signal Devices of Automobiles and Trailers". The vehicle logos of each package: Painted in accordance with the requirements of the "Notice of the Fire and Rescue Bureau on Doing a Good Job in the Standard Painting of the Exterior of Fire and Rescue Vehicles" (Emergency Fire [2019] No. 76). The vehicle markings comply with GB7258 "Motor Vehicle Safety Technical Conditions". The rear lower protection requirements of the vehicle comply with GB11567.1 "Installation Regulations for External Lighting and Signal Devices of Automobiles and Trailers".
2. The main function of our company's vehicles: used for outdoor food storage and transportation by fire and rescue teams.
3. Technical requirements
3.1 The storage capacity meets the meat, eggs, vegetables, fruits and main and non-staple foods required for more than 300 people for at least 3 days. It is used for long-term outdoor operations of fire and rescue teams, and for catering support and storage of various non-staple foods when dealing with disasters and accidents.
3.2 Emission standards: in compliance with the current national emission standards.
3.3 Overall dimensions of the vehicle (mm, length*width*height): 9200*2500*3850; Chassis: Maximum allowable gross mass 18T.
3.4 Fuel tank capacity: 300L.
3.5 Tires: Original standard configuration radial steel vacuum tires, 1 spare tire.
3.6 Brakes: Including full air dual-circuit brake system; equipped with anti-lock braking system (ABS), electronic braking system (EBS), anti-skid system (ASR), electronic body stability system (ESP) and exhaust brake, etc.
3.7 Driver's compartment
3.7.1 Layout structure: double-door single-row cab.
3.7.2 Seat setting: single-row seat, seat (1+1).
3.7.3 Safety settings: The driver and co-driver are equipped with three-point pre-tensioned seat belts and airbags.
3.7.4 The front and rear passenger seats are equipped with electric heated rearview mirrors and electric glass lifters.
3.7.5 Audio: Audio can be played via mobile phone Bluetooth, and audio can be played with an independent USB interface.
3.8 Overall material of the car: 304 stainless steel, the insulated car is made of "steel frame + skin + insulation material", with 5 years of anti-corrosion and anti-leakage performance.
3.9 Doors: The car body is equipped with two manual outward doors, the front single door can be opened 180°, and the rear double door can be opened 270°; the car door is equipped with wind hooks to realize the opening and fixing of the door. The car door is equipped with an insulation curtain; the car interior is equipped with automatic lighting, anti-fog, explosion-proof, waterproof and anti-collision.
3.10 8 meat hooks are reserved in the freezer, and each meat hook has a load-bearing capacity of not less than 75kg.
3.11 Power distribution system: The power supply (equipped with 220V mains and 380V refrigerator) is connected through the power input socket; Auxiliary battery: In addition to the original chassis starting battery, a 12V auxiliary battery is added as the starting battery of the refrigeration unit, and a battery master switch is installed.
3.12 The refrigeration unit can be connected to an external power supply; it is equipped with a 50-meter power cable reel external power supply, with external power priority function.
3.13 The refrigeration unit of the refrigeration equipment contains a generator, which can realize the normal operation of the refrigeration machine during driving, and is equipped with an independent auxiliary fuel tank to ensure uninterrupted operation for 3 days.
3.14 Shelves: A set of shelves is stored in the freezer and the refrigerator, made of stainless steel and firmly fixed to the vehicle body.
3.15 100 turnover baskets, used in conjunction with the shelves, resistant to low temperatures, and fixed turnover basket devices need to be set at the corresponding positions of the shelves.
3.16 Side warehouse system: The vehicle skirt box is designed with side warehouses.
3.17 Hydraulic system: A hydraulic tailgate is added to the rear of the vehicle.
3.18 Water system: The water pipes of the freezer and refrigerator are connected. The frozen water, condensed water and sewage in the refrigerator are stored in a stainless steel insulated water tank. The water pipes are insulated and a sewage outlet is set at a low position.
3.19 LED strobe light strips are installed on the left and right sides of the box; an LED lighting lamp (power 100w) is arranged on the top rear side.
