Body Configuration:
(1) The refrigerated compartment adopts a steel-wood hybrid structure with thermal break insulation technology. The frame uses galvanized steel pipes, with inner/outer walls made of high-quality fiberglass (non-light-absorbing, excellent thermal insulation, high rigidity, oxidation-resistant). The middle layer is filled with 8mm-thick XPS extruded polystyrene foam, bonded by high-strength adhesive and hot-press molded (fully automated glue-spraying press ensures even adhesive distribution, prevents bulging, and enables rapid panel forming).
(2) The floor is made of wear-resistant plastic-steel checker plate, with side skirts inside the compartment, right-angled edge wrapping, front drainage holes, labyrinth-style rubber door seals, and polished stainless steel door frames.
