Product Description
A vacuum truck is a new type of sanitation vehicle for road sweeping that utilizes a dust removal and filtration system. It replaces the traditional sweeping method of conventional road sweepers, which used a rotating disc brush. Instead, it utilizes a negative pressure direct suction principle, similar to the working principle of a household vacuum cleaner, primarily utilizing airflow. A high-powered fan driven by a general auxiliary engine vacuums the air within the dust collection bin, creating a pressure differential with the air pressure outside the bin. This airflow collects and stores dust and debris, utilizing the principles of aerodynamics.
There are three types of road sweepers:
1. Road Sweepers: These primarily use rotating brushes and flywheels to sweep debris into the vehicle.
2. Washer-Sweepers: These combine multiple functions, including road sweeping, road scrubbing, high-pressure cleaning, curb scrubbing, garbage collection, wastewater recovery, spraying, and road barrier cleaning.
3. Vacuum Trucks: These primarily use suction to draw trash, dust, and other debris from the ground into the vehicle for collection.
