Product Details Introduction
Explosive material transport trucks, also known as explosives transport trucks, detonator transport trucks, explosion-proof trucks, civilian explosives trucks, fireworks transport trucks, flammable gas vans, flammable liquid vans, flammable solid vans, and corrosive material vans, are manufactured by Chengli Special Purpose Vehicle Co., Ltd. The truck body is a double-layer metal frame structure, with a cold-rolled steel exterior and aluminum alloy cladding. The interlayer is filled with thermal insulation and flame-retardant material. It has double doors, and side doors are added if a riot-resistant container is required. The side walls feature rainproof windows for natural ventilation, and the floor is covered with flame-retardant and static-dissipating rubber sheets for safety. Fixed pull rings are installed on the front and sides of the truck body, which are used with tie-down straps to secure cargo to prevent movement.
★ Smoke alarm: A dedicated device that detects fires within the truck compartment. Installed on the roof, it sounds an alarm in the cab when smoke appears, ensuring prompt elimination of the danger. ★ Anti-theft alarm: An anti-theft alarm is installed above the door frame (an anti-theft monitor is optional upon request). When the door is opened, a buzzer sounds in the cab. The cab control switch can be turned off when not in use, ensuring the vehicle remains under control while driving. ★ The engine exhaust system is front-mounted and equipped with an exhaust spark arrestor to prevent heat from adversely affecting explosives.
Chassis models include: Dongfeng series, Jiangling series, JAC series, BAIC Auling series, BAIC Times series, BAIC Auman series, Qingling series, Jiefang series, etc.
Chassis types include: dual-drive and four-wheel drive.
Rated load capacities range from 0.5 tons to 9.9 tons (the Commission of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense requires a maximum registered tonnage of no more than 10 tons).
