Product Details Introduction
Chengli Refrigerated Trucks utilizes specialized technology and vacuum adsorption equipment to create a new generation of refrigerated trucks. The vehicle's body panels utilize a fully enclosed, all-plastic composite panel structure. The interior and exterior panels are constructed from high-quality fiberglass, alloy, rust-resistant aluminum, or stainless steel. The interlayer is constructed from polyurethane foam insulation. The panels are bonded with high-strength adhesive and riveted together with aluminum alloy profiles.
Low-temperature insulation sealing strips are installed between the vehicle body and doors, and the door lock mechanism utilizes international van-standard stainless steel components. The vehicle body panels are seamless, smooth, easy to clean, and impact- and corrosion-resistant. Customizable side doors, panel thicknesses, temperature zones, and interior and exterior paneling can be customized to meet specific needs.
Common applications include transporting frozen foods (refrigerated trucks), dairy products (dairy trucks), fruits and vegetables (fresh produce trucks), and vaccines and pharmaceuticals (vaccine trucks).
